ABOUT COWGIRL BARISTA
Owner & founder, Nicole, has worked in the financial industry for over 10 years and decided that one of her favorite parts of that industry was the people she helped to serve. What better way than to create a business that celebrates just that–people!
Nicole’s life has been thrown a few curve balls since she was young, but her positive attitude has always inspired the people around her. She believes that her tenacious attitude and zest for life has been the “secret ingredient” to beating the odds that have been stacked against her.
She would love more than anything to continue building great relationships, creating unforgettable memories, and sparking joy to all she connects with… one cup of coffee at a time. That’s why it was so important to her to find not only a great tasting coffee to offer her customers, but for a relationship to be built from the start. She is proud to offer Mt. Hood Roasters coffees. They are a family-owned business whose hard work, exceptional coffees, and a heart for giving to the community has inspired her to do the very same thing.
